Spark provides effective in-person and online reading tutoring for children in grades K-12. Whether your child is struggling with sound-to-symbol association, reading, spelling, fluency, and/or comprehension, Spark’s specialists provide your child with the rules and tools, patience, and positivity they need to thrive. We offer reading instruction and tutoring through individual or small group sessions to foster success and a love of reading.

Who doesn't love data? We teach your student effective Orton-Gillingham-based methods to make reading accessible. Reading is a science and we teach your student the code to unlock the language on the page.

INDIVIDUALIZED

We move at your student's pace and provide extra practice when needed, incorporating growth mindset activities and positive self-talk to build self-regard. 

STRUCTURED AND CUMULATIVE

Students master each concept before moving on to the next; each lesson incorporates and builds on the previous ones.
